We select our
translators, who always translate into their mother tongue, based on
their experience and special areas of expertise. All of our translators
are native speakers in the target language. For highly technical content,
we rely on subject-matter experts to ensure the correct use of industry
terms. Our thorough selection process ensures we deliver a service that
meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
lOverall Project Management
A dedicated
Project Manager assigned to your project stands by the process and
answers any question you may have regarding your project. The quality
assurance system consists of checking with the translator and
communicating between the client and translator on any queries, comments
or instructions.
lDouble-check Assurance
Once the
translation has been completed and checked by the translator, it is
checked by a second linguist. The translation memory is also updated. The
quality assurance system consists of checking that everything has been
translated; the client's instructions have been followed; the translation
agrees with the original text; and corrections are made in consultation
with the translator.
l100% Customer Satisfaction
If you are not
completely satisfied with a completed translation, we will fix it free of
charge until it meets your full satisfaction. If there are any issues or
questions with one of our translations, we will work with you for no
matter how long it takes to ensure you have the highest quality
translations for your specific needs.
lImplementation is the Key
All Yan Translation personnel who manage, perform, and
verify work that affects quality are responsible
for implementing the company's quality system. Implementation of the
quality system is assessed regularly by way of internal audits and
management review.
